Production Processes of Sock

### Ampere

Ampere varies depending on Voltage, and the calculation method is as below.

Watt/Voltage=Ampere

Each machine: Control Box : 500W / 220V = 2.3A
2 set of motor: (750W / 220V) * 2 = 6.8A
2.3A +6.8A = 9.1A is Ampere required for each machine.

### Air

1 hp (Horsepower) = 750 Watt, Pneumatic amount required for a machine is 400 Watt.

기계가 22대인 경우 22대 * 400 Watt = 8,800 W (8.8KW)

n case of 22 sets of machine, 22 sets * 400 Watt = 8,800 W (8.8KW). 8,800 Watt / 750 Watt = 11.73 hp: A compressor of 11.73 hp is required.
In this case, ±11 hp is sufficient pneumatic pressure. The pressure gauge of a compressor should be adjusted to 7kg / 1cm3. As there is a bit room of pneumatic pressure of a machine, ±11 hp can resolve.

### Calculation Method of Used Power per Hour

Voltage * √3 * Ampere * Power Factor (0.74) =Used power per hour

Example: In case of 1 HP = 930 Watt, 220 V, it is 3.5 Ampere.

Air Tank should be prepared to match the capacity of an Air Compressor.

Moisture contained in the air and compressor lubricant should be removed, in order to prevent an error of Air Cylinder attached to a machine.
The capacity of Air Tank varies depending on the capacity of a compressor. Please consult an installation contractor.

### Calculation of Gauge

Diameter of cylinder * 2.54 (mm unit of 1 inch) * pi (circular constant) / needle number = Estimate per needle

Inch / space per needle = Gauge (Quantity of needle per inch)

Example: 3.5 inch * 25 , 4 * 3.14 / 200 Needle = 1.39573mm
25.4 / 1.39573 = 18.198
